Espresso Martini

Made especially for coffee enthusiasts, this drink is a match made in heaven. The Kintaro shochu pairs excellently with the espresso, energizing the body.
INGREDIENTS

“Shochu Rocks” Sake School of America seminar
2oz Kintaro Shochu
2oz Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka
2oz fresh espresso
pinch of Maldon salt
DIRECTIONS
Add all the ingredients into a shaker tin.
Top with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass.
You can garnish with 3 espresso beans.
