Shimeharitsuru
A drink mixed with Shimeharitsuru and vodka. There are also a hint of sourness from the pickled ginger. This is a great refreshing drink for those that like a bit of sour.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Shimeharitsuru Tsuki
2 pinches beni-shoga (pickled ginger), muddled with brine
1 oz vodka
1 dash dry vermouth
Cucumber
DIRECTIONS
Add 2 pinches of beni-shoga with some brine into a shaker and muddle well.
Add Shimeharitsuru Tsuki, vodka, and dry vermouth.
Shake well and double-strain into a glass.
Garnish it with thinly sliced cucumber.
