A sparkling cocktail filled with layers of flavor from the shochu. The club soda adds to the taste, elevating the overall experience.


INGREDIENTS

Kuramoto Ice’s Naoto Yonezawa

  • 1 1/2oz Sakura Yamakawa Kuusu

  • club soda

  • 3 dashes yuzu bitters (optional)

  • bitter melon wheel

  • Kuramoto stick ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add Sakura Yamakawa Kuusu into an ice filled highball glass.

  2. Slowly top with club soda from the side of the glass (try not to pour onto the ice).

  3. Very gently stir and add yuzu bitters.

  4. Garnish with bitter melon wheel.
