Tori Kai Pink Jelly Rock

Rice Shochu

This beverage has a fruity aroma and taste as the soft jelly settles in the mouth. The thyme and grapefruit peel adds additional aroma, making it an unique drink.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3oz Tori Kai

  • 1 large spoon of pink grapefruit jelly

  • fresh thyme

    Pink Grapefruit Jelly

  • fresh pink grapefruit juice 250cc

  • simple syrup (30%) 50cc

  • gelatin 6g

  • chopped fresh grapefruit peel


DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix pink grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and gelatin together.

  2. Chop pink grapefruit peel for accent and texture.

    (Ensure to slice off the white skin while making the jelly)

  3. Make Tori Kai on the rock.

  4. Pour in pink grapefruit jelly.

  5. Put thyme on the top as an accent and for additional aroma.

  6. Place spoon on side to mix troika and pink grapefruit jelly while drinking.
